| Sprint | 136 Bronco Ln | I just started my contract with sprint a month ago and I have ZERO bars at home & ZERO bars at work...leaving me with a whole 15 minutes of spotty 3G reception on my drive in to work & then on my way back home... meanwhile I'm paying $289/month for 4G LTE service that I'm still waiting to get... what is going on?? Then the customer service representatives want to tell me that my areas are supposedly covered..do I look stupid?? Worst cell phone company by far, please fix these issues ASAP & maybe you wont lose another loyal customer.. | 2014 |

| AT&T | 8230 Clear Fork Rd | We have no service from the top of spruce mountain all the way down state rt 1 and if continuing on rt 3 (towards Charleston) no service until you get to Marmet. This is a HUGE area. Please give is a cell tower. Most people along rt 1 have cell phones but with no service the phone is useless and the rest would get a cell phone if they knew it would work. If we loose power land line phone is usually lost within 1 hour. Frontier service remains active but line gets power from co. Thank you | 2015 |
