Verizon101 W Shaffer AveJust took 20 tries to make a call. Got fast busy and a message telling me the number could not be completed as dialled. Also use a Jetpack for Internet, and that has been bad to horrible for half a year. I get a solid 3 or 4 bar 4G but there are times I can't even load email. Midday is okay, evening is horrible, and weekends are bad. I talked to the manager of a local Verizon store and he said "Yeah, I hear a lot of complaints about that tower." Great, so when do they do something about it?2019
