Same thing happened a couple of years ago. I got tired of calling Verizon and finally put in a report to the FCC. I got a call back from Verizon but still had the problem. A month later a call to the police was dropped so I again put in a report to the FCC. FINALLY a week later the problem was fixed. We have had great service ever since until a few months ago. I live WAY OUT in the country and I don't think Verizon cares that much because there are so few people in the area. | 2019 |
