T-Mobile111 Robin RdDropped calls and missing received calls. Horrible coverage in eastern NC. Still operating under 2G? I feel like I am receiving analog, instead of digital. Shame on T-Mobile! This is a a metro area for eastern NC. Fix it, please.2015
Verizon2767 NC-903You can barely send a text from a Verizon phone in Stokes NC. No data or cell phone service for sure.2019
Verizon3741 Clarks FarmPoor coverage a DBM - 117 in my yard. I want to be able to use Verizon at my home but i do not have enough of a signal to hold a call.2015
Verizon1202B N Berkeley BlvdNorth Berkeley Boulevard, Goldsboro, NC, United States There is little to no signal in all of areas adjacent to Tram Rd., Scott's Store, Bennett's Bridge Rd., Beautancus Rd, Alum Springs Rd., Pink Hill, Albertson township all the way to town of Faison and back towards Kenansville along Summerlins Cross Roads Rd. Mount Olive, NC in Duplin/Wayne County. Dropped calls, constant recordings when trying to call between Albertson and Faison from home (Alum Springs Rd.) to Faison on NC 117 also at intersection near NC 55 Hwy and intersection with NC 111 Hwy, around Seven Springs. We get data on Mobile hot spot at home HOWEVER, can rarely make or complete calls and calls dropped in entire area. There are towers all around but no service here. For 15 to 20 miles of where I live. NO CABLE is available where we live and NO DSL phone lines, AT&T is main landline service here. Tried Satellite but reception was crappie, especially during storms, like hurricanes, when need for receiving important, life-saving weather data was so important. I have not tried satellite for internet or mobile use and am forced to either pay ridiculous prices for landline (taxes double cost) which has NO DSL capability, only dial-up! OR pay ridiculous price and overages which seem to be going up and up on US Cellular HotSpot. Can't control data charges which have doubled (our usage hasn't but THEY always show overages on their side. I have proved they are fudging on data usage and charges!) Sick of dealing with inability to call husband if I have emergency or need to get him an important message. I get "All circuits are busy" busy or "The person you've called is unavailable" all the time! Or mobile simply doesn't ring and sometimes messages don't go through either. This is not a SMALL problem. This is a fairly well-populated rural area with certainly enough population to rate some kind of signal. After all, this IS 2017!!!!!! Sick of overcharges for surfing web on my DESK TOP computer at home ONLY one device (US Cellular) and no service on my and my husband's two mobile phones (Verizon). I have to carry a cheap throw-away Tracfone just to make calls when the Verizon phone doesn't work. This is B.S.!!! We are not rich, we don't have tablets and laptops and multiple other devices and don't WiFi while traveling, so why are we having to pay so much for such sorry service! I feel screwed! $50 pre-paid phone because US Cellular got into habit of hitting us with several hundred dollars of overages on a simple $99/mo. family plan. So got two Verizon pre-paid Smartphones. Flip phones actually has a little better signal. Advantage to using our old LG Smartphones is we can use Google Maps to navigate to various places, still, we lose signal at times in navigation in GPS on those mobile phones, but it gets us there. At this point, looking into cheaper pre-paid plan that would allow us to use upgraded mobile phones and a same monthly budget or less, to tether mobiles to our desktop computer, running Win. 10 (which I don't think makes life easier for the non-Techie folks. Speak English Man!!!! Whatever happened to the most user-friendly programs like Windows XP!??? Couldn't MS have fortified in background safety and privacy weaknesses and kept the ease of use in the fore for the user???? Everyone can't relearn a new system every year, much less afford one. Especially the baby boomers. So screw us right!!! We paid millennium's (our kid's) way through college so they can make twice what their parents make income-wise then they say screw you to us. If someone would make a program safe, private and simple (very simple) to use, they would take over the kingdom of IT. Anyway, back to my original point. Rural areas in many states, that bump right up to big cities (within' 25 miles) are being neglected. Time to fix this communication problem. Good thing, If I ever wanted to hide from government or police or anything like that, I could simply go to about 70% of the county in which I live and become invisible from satellite. Am I right!?2019
