Customer Service at Verizon is disgracefully non-responsive and lies about contacting me with information (3 times so far I've been promised calls which never come). Dropped calls, calls don't register/phones don't ring, messages come late or not at all. As mentioned, at one time our coverage here was much, much better. Whatever the underlying reason might be, Verizon has obviously chosen to ignore me, blow me off and lie to me. Can't wait for the almighty contract to end! | 2014 |

| AT&T | 1291 N Raven Rd | Service is decent except weekends and holidays. The system gets overloaded. We have on multiple times not been able to call 911. Also the data speed falls off. It is very similar to going to a concert, except the concert is lasting for 72 hours!.. it is bad enough I have a verizon phone as a backup now. Come on AT&T... get it fixed. you've had hundreds of complaints here. | 2015 |
