| Verizon | 3242 Ellenboro Dr | Low signal/dropped calls. Had opened ticket with VZW, they blamed phone software even though the issue was with multiple phones (various models). Weeks later a software push for the Samsung S3 just makes it show higher signal levels. Occasionally will lose a call, it will show lost call for a second, and on the screen below it says no signal, yet the signal level or the bars in the notification bar will still show a signal. Supposedly this street is covered by 3 towers, and surrounding main roads are fine, seems like another antenna or one of the existing antennas need to be tweaked. | 2014 |
