I have spent hours on the line with several different technicians trying to figure out the issue. They escalated the ticket and I finally got someone on the phone who would admit that there is not coverage in my area. I am learning that almost any area that I am in, outside of the city of Marquette, there is not coverage. You don't cover the area... fine. Just admit it.
