AT&T17725 82nd Rd NI noticed my att coverage significantly spiraled downhill around year 2012 and has since gotten worse. Found out from att pole worker why - he said att removed their services off closest tower, they are waiting to make changes - new development coming. This is the huge MINTO project which is several years away! Therefore current att customers must suffer b/c of this BS! Yet they still show their coverage is excellent & complaints fall on deaf ears. When things got bad, I could not talk in house, text, or use wifi and had to get att's micro-cell. ONLY att (that I know), has an exclusive cell booster and it costs like $169 I think. I could not get them to cover it until I used their IM customer support and told them about the cell tower service being removed. BTW I have had better luck with the IM support than actually calling in. I hope anybody reading this in need of a micro-cell uses my info above to help get att to waive theirs! With Micro-cell, coverage improved but still issues with dropped calls, wifi, and dialing out call failures. Of course wifi issues too esp b/c I have att home phone and internet! I am ticked here too, looking for change for house services. The micro-cell esp acts up when the weather is bad. First micro cell burned out and had to replace it within 1 yr. Thank goodness still under warranty but I had to pay for the $15 shipping! As I mentioned coverage since 2012 worsened - it not only became an in-house coverage issue but also became problem close to home. I have NO service within 2 miles from the house (either way) and now it is just plain spotty all over the Loxahatchee/Acreage area! I would switch but everybody I have spoken to out here has issues no matter which carrier they have! What do we do. I am shocked there are not more complaints in this area. The growth has been tremendous here and I do not think there are enough towers to support us. You can tell when it says all lines are busy! I use my cell for work and it is very unprofessional when calls get dropped or a client can not hear me! I am in sales and I work off of commission! I hardly have any service/reception issues anywhere else around town or in the Palm Beach County area. At least not enough to complain....yet! Of course only problems are around where I live and work! Good luck ya'll in Loxahatchee Florida, let's get aboard and complain until THEY HEAR US! BTW my friend has sprint and she also has bad service but she was told to go get an INEXPENSIVE booster from Wal-Mart. Her reception in my house is horrible and my father has Verizon and service is poor here as well!2015
