In recent months, also down 24 hrs a day.  Only showing "not down/ cell tower up" for about 15 minutes: requires constant monitoring to determine when can possibly access Internet.  Phone service via cell towers has been extremely poor since, at least, 2010-11, despite showing "5 bars" and that phone is fully charged.  AT&T refused to give me credit for these problems after about 4-6 months of doing so. | 2019 |
